5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Up Grecipe platform, including but not limited to course videos, written materials, assessments, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Up Grecipe or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal educational purposes only.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform - including forum posts, comments, assignments, or feedback - you grant Up Grecipe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation and improvement of the platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to any content you submit and that it does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

7. Payments and Refunds

Fees for courses, programs, and sessions are displayed on the platform at the time of purchase. All prices are subject to change. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

7.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms associated with each course or program at the time of purchase. Where a refund window is offered, requests must be submitted within the stated period. Refunds will not be issued for partially completed courses unless otherwise specified.
